Yes — care plans are available to clients whose sites we built. This ensures we already know your site inside and out and can support it properly.

What counts as an "edit"? ›

An edit is anything that changes content on your site — updating text, swapping a photo, changing your hours, adding a new service, tweaking a button, etc. We track time honestly and let you know if a request would go over your monthly allotment.

Can I roll over unused edit time? ›

Edit time does not roll over month to month, but if you have a bigger project coming up you can upgrade your plan at any time.

Can I cancel anytime? ›

Yes. Care plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Just let us know before your next billing date and we'll cancel it — no hassle.

What happens to my site if I cancel? ›

You own your site files. If you cancel, we'll hand everything over so you can host it yourself or move it to another provider.
