I'm Darryl, and I build websites for small businesses in Indianapolis. By day, I work in IT for Indiana state government, the kind of job where uptime and reliability aren't optional. Before that, I supported clinicians and administrators in healthcare IT. Thirteen years of keeping critical systems running for people who couldn't afford for them to fail. I'm not an agency. It's just me, which means no account managers, no outsourced code, and no markup for overhead I don't have. You'll talk to the person actually building your site, from your first conversation to the day it launches. I got into this during COVID, rekindling a creative side I'd had since college, and taught myself the rest. Every site I've built, including this one, is hand-coded.
I'm also a husband and father of four, soon to be five, here in Indianapolis. This isn't a side hustle I'll abandon when it gets hard. It's something I'm building carefully, the same way I'd want someone building something for my family.
